What Does this urine Test Result Mean?

I just had my urine test 6 hrs ago hereunder the result of said test: Color: Dark Yellow Transparency: SL.Turbid Reaction: Acidic Sp. Gravity: 1.025 Albumin: negative Sugar: 2+ Pus Cells: 2-5/HPF Epit. Cells: occasinal BACTERIA: MODERATE Method: Combistix (Macro) Question: What does the result mean?

I can understand your concern.
By your description of the results, you must take a thorough check for diabetes. You must do fasting glucose sugar, post lunch glucose sugar and HbA1c tests from your lab.
Also, check for urine ketones in the result. It is good if they are negative.
Moderate bacteria may be a contamination due to storage in the lab, because other parameters do not show abnormal results of infection, you need not worry for that.
